Ingredients of African tennis

  1. You need 1 cup of flour.
  2. You need 1/4 of sugar.
  3. You need 1 of egg.
  4. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of yeast.
  6. You need Pinch of nutmeg powder.
  7. Prepare 2-3 tablespoon of warm water.

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, sugar, yeast together in a deep bowl.

  7. Then remove and place on a sieve to drain properly..
