Empty bag of Tater Tots into large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour the spice mix over the Tater Tots, and toss gently to coat with seasonings. Shred potatoes into thin strips with a box grater; drain excess water.
