Ingredients of Bhajiya
- Prepare 100 grms of Besan.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 of Potato (round sliced).
- It’s 1 of Onion (long sliced).
- You need 1/2 tsp of Carrom seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need of Green chillies as per taste.
- It’s as needed of Water to make batter.

Bhajiya step by step
- In a bowl take gram flour(besan).
- Add carrom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, chopped green chillies and make a paste by adding water.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan.
- Now make two portions of the batter,add sliced pototes to the mixture to make potato bhajiya, and onion to make onion bhajiya.
