Ingredients of Bhajiya

  1. Prepare 100 grms of Besan.
  2. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  3. It’s 1 of Potato (round sliced).
  4. It’s 1 of Onion (long sliced).
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Carrom seeds.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  7. You need of Green chillies as per taste.
  8. It’s as needed of Water to make batter.
  9. It’s As needed of Oil to fry.

Bhajiya step by step

  1. In a bowl take gram flour(besan).
  2. Add carrom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, chopped green chillies and make a paste by adding water.
  3. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan.
  4. Now make two portions of the batter,add sliced pototes to the mixture to make potato bhajiya, and onion to make onion bhajiya.
  5. Deep fry the bhajiyas.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, tamarind chutney.
