  1. I cooked my meat added spices maggie and the rest then i add my grated pepper and onion add it to the meat then i mix my toma paste with little water added to the meat on fire.
  2. Then i mixed my grinded groundnut with enough water to make the soup i add to the meat on fire and i allowed it boil for 5 min.
  3. I washed my yakuwa with salt and pour into the pot i allowed to cook for 5min to soften then i added my spinach the reason i didnt pour them together is that spinach doesnt like to obtain the green natural color and too much heat kills the nutrient in it. So i pour it and added a little potash and i brought down soup is ready.
  4. Boiled my water then i pour my couscous into the pot and stired with stiring wood a left it to cook after its done i stired again and mould it ready to serve.
