Ingredients of Paneer tikka

  1. You need of Paneer.
  2. Prepare of hung curd.
  3. It’s of red chilli Powder.
  4. You need of garam masala.
  5. You need of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It’s of Salt.
  7. It’s of Lime juice.
  8. You need of Dhania Jeera(Coriander cumin) Powder.
  9. It’s of turmeric powder.
  10. It’s of Kasoori methi.
  11. Prepare of Capsicum.

Paneer tikka step by step

  1. In a bowl take hung curd add all the spices and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well and add diced capsicum, onion, tomato & thick slice of paneer. Marinate it for 30-40 mins..
  2. Now in a skewers/sticks and add layers of paneer,onion, capsicum, tomato. Grill it in a pan using some oil.you can char them on stove keeping high to give chared flavour. Add lime, chaat masala & serve with green chutney.and onions..
