Ingredients of Palak gosht

  1. It’s 1 kg of palak.
  2. You need Half kg of chicken (I used boneless).
  3. It’s 2-3 of onions.
  4. You need 2 of big tomatoes.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It’s of Salt to taste.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. You need half tsp of Turmeric.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Zeera powder.
  10. It’s 1 tsp of Coriander.
  11. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  12. You need 3-4 of Green chillies.

Palak gosht step by step

  1. First of all clean the spinach leaves and wash them under tap water..
  2. Boil the spinach in until it gets soften..
  3. Grind the spinach..
  4. Take 2tbsp oil in pan and fry the grinded spinach..
  5. For making the masala of chicken…cut down onion,tomato and set aside all spices..
  6. Put oil in pan and saute the onion until it gets soften..
  7. Next add tomatoes..
  8. Then add spices and ginger garlic paste….
  9. Next add chicken and bhunify it until oil comes on top and chicken gets tender..
  10. Mix the fried spinach and chicken together and cook well for at least 10 mins on low flame..
  11. Dry all the water..and dish out…taa daa…yummy palak gosht is ready to serve..enjoy..
