  1. I cut the carrots and the onions.
  2. I washed my dried moringa leaves.
  3. I pour the cous cous into a big bowl add moringa leaves add onions and then the carrot.
  4. I then added the groundnut.
  5. Add maggi and small water and stir well.
  6. I set a pot in a fire and add water of about 2 litres.
  7. Set a colander and then pour the mixture into it.
  8. I bind to pot with the boabo add water and stir because to keep the steam.
