- Add the yeast and mix well till it is well combined. Cover and set aside for 1hr in a warm place PS: I kept mine overnight because it was already late at night, but it still turned out well.

- Scoop up a desired portion and fry using a lightly greased non-stick pan on low heat – emphasis on low heat, please. Note: Sinasir is only fried on one side.
