  1. You need 3 packages of of 2.25 oz baby carrots.
  2. You need 1 lb of Beef.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Flour.
  4. Prepare 1 large of Yellow onion.
  5. It’s 2 tsp of Oregano leaves.
  6. It’s 1 can of Peas or mix veggies (optional).
  7. It’s 1 bunch of Sweet pepper.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of Garlic Salt.
  10. It’s 4 cup of Water.

Kenyan Veggie Beef Stew step by step

  1. Cut beer to bite size.
  2. Chop onion (larger sizes even better).
  3. Chop sweet pepper into small pieces.
  4. On the stove, add one teaspoon of olive oil on cooking pot(warm it up).
  5. Add beef on the pot and Brown em then add onions…keep stirring till all dark brown.
  6. Add two cups of water an cook till beef is tender.
  7. On a separate bowl, add flour with the remaining water…stir to avoid lumps.
  8. 10-15min of cooking beef with onions, add veggies or peas, sweet pepper mix well.
  9. 5 min later, add flour mixture while stirring.
  10. Add oregano and Let it cook for another 10 min….
