Ingredients of Palak Paneer

  1. It’s 500 gm of Palak leaves.
  2. It’s 250 gm of Cottage cheese.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Oil.
  4. It’s 1/2 spoon of Cumin seeds.
  5. You need 3 of Chopped onions.
  6. It’s 4 of tomato Tomato puree.
  7. It’s 1 spoon of Salt.
  8. It’s 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
  9. You need 1/2 spoon of Red chilli powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 spoon of Garam masala.

Palak Paneer step by step

  1. Wash the palak leaves and boil it..
  2. Blend the boiled palak with blender. Keep it aside..
  3. Take a vessel on the gas stove. Put oil in it, warm it and fry cheese..
  4. Take out the cheese and in the same oil, add cumin seeds..
  5. Add onions in it and cook it till Golden brown..
  6. Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes..
  7. Add garam masala in it and mix well. Then add fried cheese pieces in it..
  8. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes..
  9. Palak paneer is ready..
