- Prepare of Spinach puree.
- Prepare 500 grams of spinach.
- It’s of Salt as per taste.
- You need 2 of green chilli.
- Prepare of Tadka.
- It’s 2 tsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- It’s 4 of garlic.
- You need 2 of tomato.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli.
- You need 200 gram of cottage cheese.
- Prepare 2 tsp of fresh cream/home milk malai.
Palak paneer step by step
- In a pan add oil,garlic and saute for 1 minute,now add onion,salt and kashmiri red chilli cook till onion turns gloden brown.
- Add tomato and green chilli paste cook till oil separate.
- Spinach blanched and grind in the mixer.homemade cottage cheese cut in to cubes.
- Add spinach puree and cook for 7min with lid and at medium flame. Add cottage cheese and cream and mix iy well.
- Again cook for 2 minute,garnish with cheese and cream. serve with layered paratha or chappati.
