Ingredients of Semolina balls
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Semolina.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
- It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- It’s 5-6 of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of jeera/cumin seeds.
- It’s 4-5 of Cashew.
- It’s 2 of Kashmiri red chillies.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It’s 2 tsp of Lemon juice.
Semolina balls instructions
- Take a pan add semolina roast it and keep it side for cool down.
- Now take a another pan add oil into it and add green chilli and ginger saute it well and add water..
- Now let the water boil,add salt and add semolina slowly that no lumps should form..
- Keep aside for cooling and after cooling make ball of it and steam it for 8-10 mins..
- After steaming let it cool and fry them..
- And add 2 spoon of lemon juice for better taste.
- Serve it with sauce or chutney..
