Ingredients of Semolina balls

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Semolina.
  2. Prepare 2 of green chillies.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  5. It’s 5-6 of curry leaves.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of jeera/cumin seeds.
  7. It’s 4-5 of Cashew.
  8. It’s 2 of Kashmiri red chillies.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  12. It’s 2 tsp of Lemon juice.

Semolina balls instructions

  1. Take a pan add semolina roast it and keep it side for cool down.
  2. Now take a another pan add oil into it and add green chilli and ginger saute it well and add water..
  3. Now let the water boil,add salt and add semolina slowly that no lumps should form..
  4. Keep aside for cooling and after cooling make ball of it and steam it for 8-10 mins..
  5. After steaming let it cool and fry them..
  6. And add 2 spoon of lemon juice for better taste.
  7. Serve it with sauce or chutney..
