  1. It’s 1 cup of Spinnach.
  2. You need 1 cup of Okra.
  3. Prepare of Egusi half cup.
  4. Prepare of Meat.

  6. You need 2 of Nutmeg.
  7. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  8. Prepare of Scotch bonnet.
  9. You need of Curry.

Okra and egusi soup instructions

  1. Set a pot on fire with palm oil, when hot add the chopped onion and stir. Then bring the sliced okra and add to the chopped onion and stir again.
  2. Cook for 3minutes then remove from the fire and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add water to the pot and put it on fire again and add the grinded egusi and stir. Cover the pot and leave until simmer.
  4. Add the meat and stir.
