- It’s of Pepper and Red bell pepper.
- It’s of Onions.
- Prepare of Grated ginger/garlic.
- Prepare of Egusi.

Egusi Soup instructions
- Blend your tomatoes, pepper, bell pepper, onions with little water and keep aside. Wash your dry fish add in a pot with your garlic/ginger paste and seasoning cook till tender, add your palm oil add your blended kayan miya and cook for 20mins…. Add your egusi and cook for 7mins, correct your seasoning and add your chopped spinach at the end, off the flame coz the steam is enough to make the veggie done. Serve with tuwon shinkafa and enjoy 😋.
