  1. Mix all seasoning in bowl.pound the chicken breast &flatten it.prik with fork from few places.coat the chicken in herb marinade & keep it for sometime.longer the marination,better the flavour.
  2. Pound the chicken breast to flaten them prick with fork 2-3 places.marinate chicken and kerp coveredfor sometime.brush oil at grill pan and place marinated chicken over pan.
  3. When colourchanges then turn to other.make sauce by adding 1 tsp oil in pan.add 1 garlic clove chop.add all ingredients,place chicken in sauce cover and let it simmer at low flame till sides are ready.sauce will get thicken as well.if you like add 1 tsp cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce.
  4. Cut onion,zucchini and bellpeppers in cubes in cubes.Add 1/2 tsp oil in pan and fry all vegies at high flamefor a minute only to remain crisp. Take out from pan.fry potato wedges in hot oil till golden.
  5. Take 1tbsp butter in pan.add chop garlic chop coriander oregano in butter,saute then add boiled rice and fried for a minute or two.
  6. Keep sizzler plate at flame and make it hot.add 1/2 inch piece of butter at plate.it vl sizzle.immediately place chicken steak at plate,place rice at one side, vegies & potato wedges at one side pour over hot sauce and serve sizzling.enjoy winter with herb chicken steak with joy.
