Ingredients of Egusi Soup

  1. Prepare 2 cup of Egusi blended.
  2. It’s 2 of cksp palm oil.
  3. It’s 2 of fresh tomatoes.
  4. You need 5 of fresh pepper.
  5. It’s 1 kg of goat meat cut in big chunks.
  6. Prepare of kpomo.
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of crayfish blended.
  8. Prepare to taste of salt.
  9. Prepare of spinach leaf sliced.
  10. You need 2 of knorr cube.

Egusi Soup instructions

  1. Wash goat meat and spiced then parboiled halfway add the kpomo to the goat meat and cook once the meat is tender set aside.
  2. Dice or blend tomatoes and pepper and set aside.
