Melt butter and 100g white choc in a bowl over sauce pan over water on low heat making sure the bowl dosent touch the water once melted in a seprate bowl blend the eggs and sugar till it to turns white and creamy once butter as cooled down add to the egg mix and fold in then sive the plain flour and 1 tbsp vanillia extract and choc chips then fold all the mix togeather, make sure u grease your tray and baking paper and lay half of the blondie mixture.
