- You need of Grinded groundnut(1cup).
- Take of seeds of African nut.
- Prepare of Little uzzia seeds.
- Get of Blended tomatoes, pepper and onions.
- Provide of red oil.
- Take of Meats, dried fish.
- Get of Locust beans.
- Get of Washed bitter.
- Take of Crayfish.
- Provide of Maggi and salt.
- Provide of corn flour mixed with 2cups of cassava flour(ugali).
Steps to make Groundnut soup and ugali:
- Around soup. Wash ur meat and sauce it properly using 1cube of maggi and salt to taste and set aside. Blend ur clean dried groundnut with the African nuts, crayfish & uzzia seeds. Just like egusi. Put ur cooking pot on the fire allow to dry add ur oil and fry the tomatoes, onions, pepper. Add d meat sauce & allow to boil. add ur meat, dried fish, locust beans cover & allow to boil for 5minutes. Add u grinded groundnut & stir properly. Add ur bitter leaf, maggi and salt and taste. - For the ugali…. Sieve ur corn and cassava flour together…. Put 2cups of water on the fire and allow to boil.. Add the flour and stir until its strong to ur taste… Just like semi.. Allow to cool and serve.
