- Prepare of onions (sliced into rings).
- Provide of large free-range egg.
- You need of plain flour.
- Get of ground coriander.
- You need of cumin seeds.
- Provide of vegetable oil, plus extra if required.

- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the onion rings, and mix well.
- Mix in the flour, ground coriander, and cumin seeds. Ensure you have a nice thick, but smooth batter, before cooking.
- Heat the oil to a medium heat in a deep-sided frying pan or wok. When hot add a generous dollop of the bhaji mixture and fry for 30-45 seconds, until golden-brown.
