The ingredients needed to prepare Bhajia:

  1. Provide of potatoes.
  2. Use of a cup of flour.
  3. Get of water.
  4. Prepare of Food colour.
  5. Use of large onion.
  6. Provide of Garlic ginger paste.
  7. Get of Coriander.
  8. You need of cooking oil.

Steps to make Bhajia:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into circles.
  2. Boil the potatoes for five minutes in a sufuria with water.
  3. Chop the onions to fine pieces and add the garlic ginger paste.
  4. Add food coloring to the floor and add water to form a paste.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the sufuria and dip them in the paste.
  6. Heat the pan with oil and test to see if it's hot.
  7. If it's hot enough deep the potatoes from the paste to the pan.
  8. Check to see if it's crunchy then turn for the other side to cook.
  9. Remove from the pan to a plate to drain the oil.
  10. Serve when hot with tomato sauce or kachumbari.
