Ingredients of Chana dal bhajiya

  1. It’s of Chana Dal.
  2. You need of garlic.
  3. It’s of Green Chillies.
  4. You need of Cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare of Onions chopped.
  6. You need of coriander leaves.
  7. Prepare of Red Chilli powder.
  8. Prepare of Haldi powder.
  9. You need of kitchen king Masala.
  10. It’s of Baking Soda.
  11. You need of Salt as per taste.
  12. You need of Oil for frying.

Chana dal bhajiya step by step

  1. Soak the dal for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Grind the dal with garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies, add little water if needed.
  3. When grinding is done add chilli powder, haldi powder and kitchen king powder.
  4. Add chopped onions,salt.
  5. Then add coriander leaves.
  6. Add baking powder mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a kadai when hot put mixture with hand or spoon.
  8. Fry till golden.
  9. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue.
