  3. Then add chopped spring onion green. Spring onion is optional (instead of spring onion you also use chopped coriander) now add 1 tsp of kasuri methi add salt according to taste hete I have take 1 tsp of salt..
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and mix well and keep side and let it rest..
  5. Heat oil in kadai and fry the bhajiyas.Fry them till crisp and it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with Mint chutney..
