The ingredients needed to cook Moong bhajiya:

  1. Provide 250 gm of Moong dal.
  2. You need to taste of Salt.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli.
  4. Get 2 tsp of aniseed.
  5. Provide 1 tsp of Coriander.
  6. Get 1 inch of ginger.
  7. Provide 2 of green chillies.
  8. You need 2 pinch of asafoetida.
  9. Provide as needed of coriander leaves chopped.

Instructions to make Moong bhajiya:

  1. Soak the moong dal for 5-6 hours..
  2. After the soaking of dal put it in the grinder.
  3. Add red chilli,salt,aniseed coriander, asafoetida.Now grind all the ingredients..
  4. Keep the paste for 10 min. And add ginger, green chilli, green coriander..
  5. Take oil in frying pan and keep it on medium flame.
  6. Deep fry medium size of moong bhajiya in hot oil till they turn to golden brown colour..
  7. Enjoy crispy moong bhajiya..
