- Put oil in a pot and fry the fish until it's well cooked and set aside.
- Place another pot add oil and onions,fry the onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped bell pepper, carrots, chopped tomato,tomato's paste and garlic and ginger paste, mix well.
- When the curry is well cooked,now peel off your fish to separate it from bones..
